Data processing

Meribel ("we") processes personal data submitted through the website request form (name, e-mail, phone, preferred travel dates, description of your party) solely to respond to your request and organise the trip. Data is not shared with third parties or used for marketing without separate consent.

Retention

Requests are kept for up to 24 months from submission, or until you ask us to delete them.

Cookies

We only use cookies necessary for the site to function (session and remembering the cookie notice). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. For bot protection we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which does not track users across websites.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you and request its correction or deletion. Please use the request form on the website.
